Bring your surfboard or rent a long or short board from Riverside Outdoor Recreation or Coastal Urge and catch some waves on East Beach, the best spot on the island for surfing. Boogie boards are also available. Always wanted to try surfing but don’t know where to start? Both Riverside and Coastal Urge provide group and private instruction that will you have you “dropping in” on your first lesson.
