Calling all Artists…Old Baldy Creativity Challenge Underway

The Old Baldy Foundation, keepers of Old Baldy Lighthouse and the history of Bald Head Island, have announced their first Old Baldy Creativity Challenge. All artists are invited to submit work in one of two categories – Youth and Artisan. Youth has two divisions: ages 5-10 and 11-17. Artwork can be two or three dimensional. (read)

28th Annual Maritime Classic Road Race Saturday, Nov. 10

The 28th Annual Maritime Classic Road Race kicks off Saturday, November 10 at the Harbourside Pavilion on Bald Head Island, and features a one-mile Fun Run, 5k and 10k race.
