As of March 2nd, Bald Head Island Limited, LLC’s residential real estate brokerage sales and vacation rental property management businesses have been sold to Intracoastal Realty Corporation. They intend to work closely with Bald Head Island Limited’s team in the coming months for a smooth transition of operations.
