An Easter Celebration on Bald Head Island

Spring into the season with Bald Head happenings that will have you hopping all over the island! Easter weekend is full of bunny sightings, colorful egg findings and delicious brunch dining. Bald Head Island offers it all to you for an unforgettable Easter celebration!

It’s picture time! The Easter Bunny can be spotted in two locations over the holiday weekend. On Saturday, April 15th on the grounds of Old Baldy you can meet the Easter Bunny as well as climb the lighthouse for amazing views! The Easter Bunny will make a second appearance on Sunday, April 16th. Meet at the BHI Club pool for a special meet and greet with the Easter Bunny himself. Don’t forget your cameras to capture this memorable event! 

Get ready for the hunt! There are two exciting Easter egg hunts on the Island. One is the Lighthouse Keepers Easter Egg Hunt at Old Baldy. Prepare for an egg hunt throughout the lighthouse property on Saturday, April 15th. On Sunday, April 16th, The BHI Club will hold an exciting Easter egg hunt accompanied by the Easter Bunny himself. Make sure to bring your baskets and Easter egg hunting skills!

Bring your appetite! The BHI Club offers an Easter Brunch that’s simply delicious. On Sunday, April 16th from 11am-3pm, you can enjoy delicacies such as: Prime Rib, Leg of Lamb and Honey Glazed Ham. Assorted breads, muffins and croissants as well as made to order omelets, smoked salmon bagels and cheese grits are offered on the menu. An incredible dessert bar filled with Bananas Foster, New York Cheesecake, Cookies, Brownies, Truffles and pie-oh my! Everything you could ever want in an Easter Brunch!
