Labor Day Weekend on Bald Head Island

Whether you live to work or long to play Labor Day is the one holiday that celebrates you! Bald Head Island commends you for another year of hard work with a long weekend full of fun. Here’s what we’ve got planned this Labor Day weekend! 

First Friday Fire Pit event happens on September 2nd. Get cozy around the fire pit enjoying cocktails, appetizers and good company. A stunning sunset will set the tone for a perfect weekend!

Saturday is your day. Explore the beach, go for a hike, kayak the creeks or sail into the sunset. Get in a game of golf or rejuvenate at the spa. Treat yourself to an adventure that is all yours.

Sunday, September 3rd you’re invited to a traditional Labor Day Cookout. From 5:00-8:00pm you can chow down on grilled favorites from land and sea. Live Bluegrass tunes from The Folkstone String Band will fill the air and there will be family fun entertainment for everyone! 

You’re encouraged to put your work cares aside. Enjoy family and friends for a long Labor Day weekend at Bald Head Island.
